How does the app work?
Residents simply browse available trainers, view their schedule, and book sessions directly through the ARYZ platform. Payments are handled instantly, and all sessions take place in your building’s gym or approved common areas or gym.
How many sessions do they offer?
Each trainer sets their own availability. Residents can choose from one-on-one training, recurring weekly sessions, or small group formats — all based on trainer and space availability.
Can they offer large group sessions?
Yes. Trainers can host group classes, wellness events, or themed workouts depending on your building’s preferences and shared space availability. Pricing and availability is up for the selected trainer’s discretion.
